Competence

Our "Government Authorisation" means that we have demonstrated that we have the skills and knowledge required of Government Authorised Translators. By remaining in close and frequent contact with our language communities, we manage to maintain and update our vocabulary, terminology and cultural understanding.

When taking on new translators, we do so on the basis of trial translations that are assessed in-house.

At Allegro, we emphasise continuous development through frequent feedback. In order to ensure the best possible quality, all our translations are reviewed by another translator, and our translators develop and hone their skills through the feedback they receive.

Allegro recommends using qualified interpreters. Only in exceptional circumstances do we use unqualified interpreters, and only by arrangement with the customer and after reviewing with the interpreter what is required in connection with the assignment in question.
