Quality assurance Allegro has a quality system based on ISO 9001, in which traceability and registration of customer satisfaction are important elements. We are an approved supplier to the oil industry and the energy sector through our registration in the Achilles and Sellihca databases. Allegro’s General Manager has taken part in drawing up a European standard for translation service providers (adopted in 2006) through her participation in the Norwegian mirror committee. Our quality assurance procedures are also based on experience, competence and cooperation. No translator knows everything. That is why we set great store by cooperating with clients and their expert personnel. There are always two of us involved in a translation, and one of us always has the target language as our native language. Before a translation is delivered, it is thoroughly reviewed by another translator. Sometimes the finishing touches take longer than the translation itself - we like to do that little bit extra to make sure that our translations are as good as possible, not just good enough. |
