Selecting translators

Our in-house and external translators are recruited on the basis of trial translations, interviews and references. As a group, Allegro's translation staff has wide-ranging experience with most types of translations and Allegro also has an extensive network of experts and freelance translators to draw on. Our translators also realise when they lack expertise in a specific field and need to call on expert help.

We set up a team of translators for each project with the necessary qualifications, linguistic competence, experience and understanding of the field involved in the source text. Each member of the team is chosen on the basis of his/her ability to deliver good and accurate translations on time.
